God used him to birth Touch Of The Master Healing Ministries International.  With an initial group of the watchmen and intercessors, Apostle Bailey began this strong apostolic and prophetic ministry.  Along with his team they evangelize, minister and perform deliverance in Indianapolis, Indiana.
