It is more than an innocent exercise! It is certainly alarming that many Christian churches are including this idolatrous training into their services. Problem is, For the most part, ignorant Christians are placing spiritual bands and cords upon their minds and spirits that will capture them for their lifetime. Hardly an American pastor would know how to set the captive free. Psalms 2:3, “Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.” Eastern religious practices have made a serious impact upon the American mind and spirit in the last decades. Both adult and children, secular and Christians have become addicted to these seducing demons lurking behind Yoga. The demons blind the pastors and their congregations. Jesus warned, “If the blind lead the blind, they will both fall into the ditch!” You will not escape the severe spiritual implications following the gods of the east.
