Deliverance and Spiritual Warfare

2 Corinthians 10:4, "For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds."
In John 8:31-36, Jesus shows that bondages are a result of strongholds in our lives. Jesus said to, "continue in my word... and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." (v. 32-32) We can tear down strongholds by meditating on the Word of God which is truth.
Matthew 8:16-17, "When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick: That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses."
