Harris Jr will be holding a press conference in front of the home of Mrs. Corine Reed who is 100 years old, a faithful taxpayer, and law-abiding citizen is being treated like a second class citizen. The City of Fresno has turned their back on our senior mother, and the neighbourhood in where she has spent most of her life as a resident. If the timeline of events, outlined below, had happened in a more affluent community in Fresno would their concerns for safety been disregarded and ignored like Mrs. Reed's was? 2017: City of Fresno Water Management staffer visited the residence and claimed there was a serious leak. Kim’s Plumbing was hired to locate the leak; one minor leak was found and repaired. Mrs. Reed paid $250.00 for the repair. One week later, City of Fresno STILL showed a leak. Aline Reed (daughter) phoned and inquired as to the possibility of City of Fresno equipment malfunction.
