National Network In Action civil rights leader Rev. Dr Floyd D. Harris Jr will be holding a press conference in front of the home of Mrs. Corine Reed who is 100 years old, a faithful tax payer, and law abiding citizen is being treated like a second class citizen. The City of Fresno has turned their back on our senior mother, and the neighborhood in where she has spent most of her life as a resident.  If the timeline of events, outlined below, had happened in a more affluent community in Fresno would their concerns for safety been disregarded and ignored like Mrs. Reed's was? **2017:   City of Fresno Water Management staffer visited the residence and claimed there was a serious leak. Kim’s Plumbing was hired to locate the leak; one minor leak was found and repaired. Mrs. Reed paid $250.00 for the repair. One week later, City of Fresno STILL showed a leak. Aline Reed (daughter) phoned and inquired as to the possibility of City of Fresno equipment malfunction. The water meter for 2345 South Bardell Street (at Belgravia), Fresno, CA 93706 was broken, frozen, not working! **A sidewalk leak was visible around September 2018 and the water bill increased quite a bit. The utility bill went from approx.. & $79.00 monthly to over $200.00 per month. Mrs. Reed and Aline Reed (POA) began to pay over $100.00 per month but got a water shut off notice for $321.00—which the Reed’s paid.**After contacting Miguel Arias’ (District 3) office and speaking with Laura Garcia (who sent tree removal/replacement paperwork)
