deranged jealous stalking strangers still stalking me near haskell ave for 16yrs

This deranged stalkers have targeted me for over 161/2 years, One of them is in love with me and i have no attraction. They stalk me near haskell because of jealousy, they stalk me because they do not want  me to succeed and become  a star. They may be homeless, drug dealers, psychotic strangers who i do not know yet they continue to stalk me because of my ambition, my wanting to succeed, restraining orders is needed but the court wont give it to me ! I called the police a zillion times, THey are dangerous, very dangerous, THey are perverts, who violated my privacy allegedly , they follow me all around town for no rational reason. These stalking psychos are destined for federal prison or a mental hospital because this is too extreme and insane. The stalking is jealousy that i own a little home which is insane ,
