My name is Candice Smiley and I am a serial entrepreneur. I currently have a successful event planing business called Create the Ripple Events (www.candicesmiley.com). It's an event management company that works to promote events with positive ripple effects. I also have a successful network marketing business that allows me to feel the freedom of a residual income because I love building teams. I understand the power of referrals and the power of a team and I run both of my companies 100% by referral.
