Deepertruth: Prophetic Statements Given By The Blessed Virgin Mary Part II

How do you judge between a true prophet from a false propher? We are to test the spirit when approached by the supernatural, Satan can appear as an angel of light and decieve.  A couple of things give us wisdom in these matters.  The Catholic Church has been given the Chrism of the Holy Spirit by Jesus, the Church cannot error especially in matters of faith.  When a prophecy is given, accuracy is very important, but also the message.  It would have to be consistant to that apostolic tradition, that witness given through that athority Christ gave his Church and the promise he gave it.  The many various apparitions of Mother Mary, we see many predictions that have come true.  That is a great sign of reliability, a true prophet's predictions and word are true.
