Look at the attack on marriage today, the United States Supreme Court’s ruling about “Gay Marriage”, that is a public scandal. But consider how marriage has been down played in the 20th century? The rise of Divorce and remarriage even without annulments, 50-70% of children born outside of wedlock, children being raise without Fathers, all this is adding to the break up of the family.

“Further, in these unhappy times, there will be unbridled luxury, which will ensnare the rest into sin and conquer innumerable frivolous souls, who will be lost. Innocence will almost no longer be found in children, nor modesty in women. In this supreme moment of need of the Church, the one who should speak will fall silent.” In a subsequent apparition, Our Lady told Mother Mariana that these apparitions were not to become generally known until the twentieth century.  That sound so much like Daniel 12:4!

Today, 1 in 4 Americans have been diagnosed with a Sexually Transmitted Disease including young girls at the age of twelve. Have you ever heard the phrase, the richer gets richer while the poor gets poorer? In the United States, our poorest population will usually have two cars, have two televisions, have several VCR’s and other high dollar commodities. Few are hungry as there are nearly 50,000,000 on food stamps and other Federal grants. In other words, our poorest would be well to do in other countries that suffer true persecution and hunger.
