#301 Author Bess Adams And Her Book “Sacred Lines"

Please join Dave the Mystic on Monday, December 12th at 8PM MST with guest Elizabeth (Bess) Adams. Bess is the author of the recently published Sacred Lines, A Personal Journey from Darkness to Light. Following Bess’s bipolar, manic-depressive breakdown, she began a spiritual journey from the darkness of despair to the discovery of God’s love and light through poetic messages channeled to her. These messages grew into her book Sacred Lines, and now Bess’s life’s work is to share how spirituality and a belief in our interconnectedness and a loving force greater than ourselves can help others with their own spiritual awakenings.

Bess has a BSN in nursing from the University of Colorado and has worked in hospitals since 1978 as a registered nurse as well as in administrative positions, in hospice care, and in medical case management.

To balance her training in Western medicine, Bess has also studied holistic ways of healing and being since 1995. She has a certificate in Holistic Nursing from Red Rocks Community College, is certified in Journal Writing from The Center for Journal Writing, and is a Healing Touch, Reiki, and Seraphic Wisdom energy practitioner.
