leading more fulfilling lives in healthier bodies. She is a sound healing practitioner, singer/song writer, educator and invoker of The Sacred.

Ann's multidisciplinary background began nearly 20 years ago with credentials in neuromuscular massage, energy and bodywork from the Colorado School of Healing Arts. Adding the unique

healing benefits of singing bowls and gongs to her sessions makes it possible to access the Body, Mind and Spirit easily and effectively. Most recently, Ann combined her life-long love of music

with the healing powers of sacred sound instruments to create a CD: “SUBMERGED in Sacred Sound;” a dynamic singing bowl meditation experience.
