C View is proud to welcome author Demetra Yuvanu who will talk about her recently published novel, "Now I Know How".  An easy-readers' novel where imagination, suspense and intrigue, merge with wisdom, mystery and clarity to produce powerful tools that bring visions to life!

Demetra was born and raised in Athens, Greece. She is mother to two grown sons and grandmother to two gorgeous grandsons! Demetra is a Nia instructor, an Ageless Grace Educator, an EFT coach, an experiential workshop facilitator and the author of two books.

Cause and effect principles motivate Demetra. She uses various approaches to shift and alter her perception in order to facilitate changes that bring her closer to a reality of joy,  peace and abundance. Imparting these various ways to others through her annual Seaside Nia Retreat, her soul-mind-body workshops, her weekly classes and books is soul sweetening and a definite win win!
