• Learn to respond to the world’s tragedies with love versus fear. Individual, earth, and universal transmutations start with living for how we envision the world to be.
• Practice awareness. Be conscious in our daily living and learn to recognize subtle callings to make a difference.
• Boost your personal power by learning to separate from the ego.
• Invoke the Angel of Joy to help you laugh, create and play. Fun is a necessity, not a luxury. Let her help you see issues form a higher perspective to see the truth in any issue.

Karen shares real life experiences that will help the listeners raise the awareness issue and identify the small "wins" of love over fear and hopelessness that are available in everyday acts of personal power. With so much darkness around us, there is also a a lot of light as a counterpart. Stop the false belief of "why bother we are loosing" and remain in faith and joy. We are constantly called into action but we need to start by calming our minds so that we can hear the subtle voice and feeling inside us. When we recognize that life is our mirror, we begin to understand that the outer chaos merely represents our mental state. It is the mime of our mind. If we can quiet our inner chaos, our outer chaos will simmer. Karen invites us to keep our eyes and heart focused on how we can add value to the world each day.
