Calling from the 2015 Duke Energy Health Fair in Charlotte, Carol L. Calvert presents Energetically YOU! on Charlotte View Internet Radio. Duke Energy employees get the opportunity to gather information, experience firsthand and speak with professionals in areas related to nutrition, exercise, disease prevention, and health screenings.

Whilst spending at least 45 minutes a day outside would be the best solution,crazy weather we are having and work commitments mean this is not usually possible. For DUKE Energy employees who are not lucky enough to sit next to a large window, Certified Light Practitioners will provide bright light therapy for you to experience a fast and effective boost to mood and concentration.
