Lindsay D. Mofford began her editing career with seminal documentary filmmaker Frederick Wiseman. She worked closely with Wiseman for over six years on 8 films, including Near Death and Missile. Since that time, Mofford has edited a wide variety of narrative features, documentaries and television series.  She has worked with a great many directors and producers that include Victoria Mahoney, Amy Lemisch, David Fincher,  Jerry Bruckheimer, Thomas Lynch, Tamara Jenkins, Shawn Levy, Phillip Noyce, David Zeiger and the late infamous Robert Evans. Her work has appeared in museums, theaters and on PBS, HBO, CBS, ABC, BBC, Arte, Nickelodeon and Netflix. Her credits include the acclaimed My Name Means Future, Sir, No Sir!, The Rock, Seven, South Of Nowhere and The Journey of Allen Strange. (both series nominated for WGA Awards).  Recently, Mofford has been editing videos that are showcased throughout the world for artists including Andrea Bowers, Judy Chicago, Luchita Hurtado and Suzanne Lacy.

Born in Japan, raised in Europe and the Caribbean, Lindsay Mofford is a graduate of Emerson College in Boston. She is a member of the IDA and I.A.T.S.E Local 700.
