Pattie holds a graduate degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She is certified in the use of DISC Behavioral Assessments and is a certified speaker, coach and trainer with the John Maxwell Company. Pattie holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute as well as a certification in Total Quality Management and Process Improvement from University of California, San Diego.
