Jill spent more than two decades in the printing and direct mail industry. In 1999, she founded Rauxa, an independent data-driven marketing firm with unrelenting dedication to her clients. Rauxa has expanded to include six offices and 230 employees across the United States. Its current client list includes Gap, Alaska Airlines, Allergan, Blue Shield of California and Verizon. Jill is still hands-on with hundreds of employees, making deals, and sharing life advice.
