She is a Keynote speaker and leadership consultant. Co-author with Ken Blanchard of the world-wide, best-in-class Situational Self Leadership training program. Author with Ken on three books: Self Leadership and the One Minute Manager, Leading at a Higher Level, and Empowerment: Achieving Peak Performance through Self Leadership. At Leadership Legacies, co-author of the book Achieve Leadership Genius based on the Leadership in Context model.
