Join us today on Women Lead Radio, as Cecile Bereal, your host of Serving Up Diversity, interviews Stacey A. Gordon, Co-founder and Chief Human Capital Consultant at Career Incubator.

There are some basic principles that women need to help each other in ways that we either don’t know or fail to feel it.  Why?  Our guest today is going to shed light on that question and others. Stacey will share why, when women help each other that it is effective and genuine. Our discussion will touch on why women should do favors for each other, even small ones and how mentoring is important in supporting the women who are starting out in their career.  Relationship building is at the core of success in business and we are certain you will enjoy today’s show as a reminder and encouragement to continue to support one another in our careers and business.
