Roswell, GA – Technology is continually evolving and developing. We must encourage more women to enter the field and use their unique skills to bring more innovation and ingenuity.

Vicki Hamilton has been working in the field of technology for over 30 years. She is board president of Women in Technology and managing partner for Business Partners Transformation Inc.

“I started my career learning how to be a proof operator, was eventually promoted to supervisor, and lucrative, executive positions in superior firms like Mobile Chemical and Turner Broadcasting until I eventually became a sole entrepreneur.”

Vicki envisions the future where the more technology we have the more support is needed to further its advancement.

“My focus is mentoring others. By sharing my valuable in-depth knowledge, I can provide a more favorable outcome. I write impactful articles and give people tools to easily connect with me.

As a single entrepreneur, Vicki believes in sharing the pie with other organizations. She will strategically partner with other entrepreneurs and companies when they may need other team members or skillsets. Vicki encourages the objective of large corporations as one option for their continued growth and development.

“With the millennials taking over the work force, we will have a tremendous number of entrepreneurs in this county in the very near future,” explains Vicky. “Many of these millennials will choose not to work in the traditional sense. Things are shifting and the older generation must adapt.”
