Arcadia, CA – For 26 years, Michelle McCullar worked for NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory in systems engineering for unmanned spacecraft. She literally is a rocket scientist.

But for McCullar, space was not the final frontier.

Today, McCullar brings all the knowledge and experience of working for the world’s most technically-advanced organization to rocket results for startup businesses.

“What my years at NASA taught me is that without mission, vision, purpose, or passion, no amount of skills, income, or prestige will suffice,” says McCullar. “What really makes rocket science and those extraterrestrial programs work is there's a big mission and vision and people who are really passionate about what they do. And there's also a more terrestrial purpose: to discover things that can help us to better understand our own world.”

Looking back on her experience at NASA, McCullar says she was basically coaching all the time, taking dysfunctional teams and turning them into highly functional, award winning teams where individuals were in the right place, doing what they enjoyed and do best.

McCullar says she didn’t intentionally set out to attract startups, but they tend to be most the excited to have someone that is going to encourage them and point them in the right direction. Across the board, McCullar’s clients say they want to create a lifestyle-friendly business that makes a real difference in the world. McCullar helps her clients get crystal clear on their high-profit niche, their magnetic messages, and the services they provide derived from the unique union of their mission, vision, purpose, passion and expertise.
