Statesville, NC – Selling your own home seems like a great way to save thousands of dollars. Recent surveys have shown that four out of five people want to sell their property on their own, but there’s a reason there are 2 million active realtors in the US.

In the end, most people partner with a realtor because a realtor can market your house more effectively than you could ever do on your own, posting your property on hundreds of websites, hosting open houses and even setting up your for-sale signs.

It’s a job that requires perseverance – you have to get out there and market yourself to show people you know what you’re doing – and no one knows more about perseverance than Angelina Bianchino. Angelina is a licensed real estate agent representing Keller Williams.

“I try to go above and beyond to help people, especially first-time home buyers,” says Angelina. “I love to help people accomplish their dreams, and everyone dreams of owning their own home. I want to Help them through the process, walk them through all the paperwork and give them advice to help them find their dream home.”

Angelina learned real estate first as an investor “fixing-and-flipping” homes. In fact, she still owns six rental properties, which inspired her to pursue a career as an entrepreneur. She describes it as a real journey of independence.

“I wanted to be my own independent boss. That is my goal and that’s what I’m striving for," says Angelina. “We are out there trying to get the word out for people who are looking to buy or sell their homes,” I love real estate.
