For 20 years Linda Moore has been making a difference. Linda is the owner of Dawson Employment Services, a staffing service hiring personnel for various industries throughout Mississippi County, Arkansas. For the past 20 years, Dawson Employment has provided their clients with qualified employees who can step in and begin working right away. 

“We consider the three of us to be a team – Dawson Employment, our clients & our employees. It takes all three of us working together to make this happen,” says Linda. “Every client is different, their demands are different, their requirements are different,” says Linda. “We take what our customers say they need and we give them 100% whether they need one employee or 20.”

Dawson Employment not only provides the right personnel; they can guarantee they have a ride to work. Dawson Employment has recently launched its new transportation service to ensure their employees will always be on the job.

“It’s something we’d been thinking about for a while,” says Linda. “We were having some issues with employee attendance. Now we have several multi-passenger vans that pick up these employees at their home and takes them to the job site and back home. Door to door service. We operate 24-7 whenever our employees need us.”
