Gray, ME – There’s been an awakening. People are finally realizing that there is more to treating the body than just going to the doctor and taking some pills. They’re looking for more natural modalities to heal their bodies.

Rhonda Montanez is the founder of Earthside Alternatives where she offers education and information on how to heal our bodies naturally.

“I want to be the voice for people like me who want to know what their bodies are capable of,” says Rhonda.

Rhonda was terminally diagnosed with colon cancer when she was 34. Now 50, Rhonda is cancer free.

Today she is an Emotion Code Practitioner, which addresses the human body from an emotional perspective. Her focus is education and teaching people that the body can heal if it’s facilitated properly.

“You can take care of your body, go to the gym, eat healthy and get good sleep, but if you’re not addressing the core of the problem, the cause, healing will remain elusive,” says Rhonda. “That’s what I want to help people realize. You’re a whole person. You’re not just a body.”

The things that make them sick don’t have to hold you back, says Rhonda.

“What’s eating you alive? What’s making you sick? Let’s get rid of it. Let’s live the best life we can while we are earthside, because dirt side there are no alternatives.”

Rhonda says it’s about thriving. We don’t just want to survive. We want to thrive and she teaches her clients how to do that.

“I’ve been a rescuer my whole life,” says Rhonda. “I’m grateful that I was introduced to this when I did. I’m grateful that I survived and I’m grateful that I got sick at a young age because I still have time to help people.”
