Bluffton, OH – Over 90 percent of pain in the body is linked to our negative thoughts and emotions. When we can learn to release the negative thoughts that cause our stress, illness, anxiety, pain, phobia, addiction, disease or more we can not only heal, but can be empowered.

Ruth Everett is a mind, body and spirit transformational coach specializing in pain, stress and anxiety relief. The founder of Ruth Everett’s Healing Touches, Ruth works with clients in person or long distance to heal from within.

“My clients come to me for emotional or physical relief,” says Ruth, “but ultimately it’s about helping them realize they have the power within themselves to change it and guiding them to tap into that knowing. I’m not really the one doing the work. I teach them the path. That’s why my website is Tap into Self-Healing. When we know different, we can do different.  Having this awareness can change everything in your life.”

A Licensed Massage Therapist for nearly a decade, today Ruth incorporates many other energy healing modalities into her practice, most notably Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), or tapping, which transforms her sessions into a true holistic healing experience.

“Learning EFT or tapping changed my life.  It was the turning point for me to realize my thoughts, fears, beliefs and emotions were creating my reality. Through my own healing, I discovered how I could help others as I helped myself. It’s been a phenomenal thing to watch them transform their own life."
