Bonita Springs, FL – Lynn Litow Flayhart is an executive coach with more than 30 years of experience helping people and organizations achieve maximum effectiveness. Today, Lynn is the founder of Litow Consulting, where she specializes in organizational development and executive coaching.

“I’m looking to work with people who are committed to learn more about themselves and use that increased level of self-awareness to become more effective,” says Lynn.

Lynn says her clients, many of them high level executives, want to communicate their vision to the people that work for them in such a way that they can take ownership over their contribution. Lynn helps her clients gain deeper self-awareness and the ability to use that insight to understand people, understand dynamics of organizations and modify their approach to more effectively address whatever their concerns are.

Litow possesses extensive experience in dealing with the complex challenges facing business leaders. Lynn holds a master’s degree in counseling and served as clinical director of an adolescent and family counseling agency where she learned how to govern an organization. This experience, along with her background as a practicing psychotherapist, enables her to bring an exceptional depth and perspective to her executive coaching work.
