Chicago, IL – We cannot truly heal or grow spiritually without entering the stillness of ‘Presence’ within.  

Within our heart is a spark of sacred fire – a flame of love, wisdom and the power of our spiritual Presence. When we take the time to withdraw into the silence, the light and love within expands allowing more of our true essence to emerge into our outer world.

Katherine Trinity is a Spiritual Teacher, an Energy Healer, Conscious Breath Coach, and a Channel of Sacred Fire Alchemy. Katherine is skilled in a broad range of therapeutic systems with a focus on energy consciousness. She is certified in Therapeutic Bodywork, is an ordained Minister and holds a Master of Arts in Healing Science.

“My purpose in life is about raising the vibration of humanity by helping people expand their consciousness and open up to the truth of who they really are, then empower them in this truth,” says Katherine.

Katherine has pursued personal and spiritual enlightenment for over 30 years. The foundation of her practice is using spiritual alchemy – helping people apply spiritual principles to transmute unconscious behavior so they can consciously create more joyful, healthy and fulfilling lives. Her passions include helping women with cancer, teaching Conscious Breathwork, and working with the Sacred Fire.

“The most effective way to become more empowered, grounded and spiritually centered is to call all one’s energy back to center,“ says Katherine. “I give people tangible experiences of this energy to tap into their own healing power. I use multiple healing modalities and teach self-empowering energy healing techniques to support my clients’ health and spiritual growth.”
