Centreville, VA – A majority of business owners lead a day-to-day, hand-to-mouth existence. A few have reached a stage where they make a decent living but not nearly enough to justify the work they put into it.

Steve Chiama is a certified business coach and founder of Action Coach Western Fairfax, where he provides advice, coaching and mentoring services to small and medium-sized businesses.

“The reason I chose Action Coach is its vision of world abundance through business re-education,” says Chiama. “Personally I find that to be an extremely inspiring vision, something that has a true benefit to the community. I have a passion for helping businesses grow and become profitable so the business owner can enjoy the lifestyle they desire.”

Chiama says many of the business owners he has met are craftsman in one form or another; they know their craft but don’t have a real understanding of business and how their business can help them to achieve the lifestyle they want. The re-education process offers a framework to measure their progress and achieve their goals.

“Most business owners walk into this relationship with the belief that they are the business,” explains Chiama. “They believe their identity is the business, but a business is an asset like a house or a car. The owner is a person with a life. The ones who get that are the ones who succeed.”

Action Coach Western Fairfax can help you deliver the results you desire using proven tools, methodologies and systems, tested and perfected over tens of thousands of businesses worldwide for over more than two decades.
