Surprise, AZ – What’s next? The question seems so simple, but we never allow ourselves to ask it, do we?

Next Act Solutions is a leadership development and life transition coaching practice designed to help leaders, small business owners and individuals navigate professional and personal life transitions. Led by Linda Burridge, a leadership and life transition coach, Next Act Solutions helps guide clients toward a path of renewal and reinvention.

“I’m inspired by the question 'What’s next?' and I’m dedicated to creating a world where we can experience the freedom of choice,” says Linda. “It’s about being conscious and aware that there is a longing to do something different and do things differently.”

According to Linda, in order to improve our performance and broaden our life, we must first understand who we are, our purpose and our values.

“’Where Do You Want to G (R) O?’ is my favorite question,” says Linda. “'To Keep on Learning' is the way to get there."

With 30 years as a coach, mentor and leadership development facilitator, Linda has been enriched by her own personal journey and lessons learned from others in multiple transitions.

“I want to pay forward the willingness to explore, learn from others and take risks that have created diverse opportunities and “next acts” for me,” says Linda. “There is nothing more empowering than collaborating with someone who envisions and acts on their dreams.”
