Webster, NY – In today’s fast-paced culture we’re encouraged and expected to fill each moment of the day. As a result, we have too much on our schedule and too much on our mind. When we’re at work, we think about home; when we’re home, we think about work.

How can we manage our time more efficiently to find the elusive balance we so desperately seek and finally enjoy the lives we’ve work so hard to build?

Liese Schoener Worthen is a coach and the founder of TimeFinderPro, where she works with working women, and specifically working mothers, to streamline the way they manage time.

“Working mothers want to be successful, but we also want to be great moms,” says Liese. “I became a coach because I was looking for answers as a working mother. The more I worked with clients the more I discovered I was very good at what they needed: time management.”

For many people, the path to personal development begins with a best-selling book that eventually ends up on a shelf only partially read. A coach bridges the gap by creating systems and personally guiding you through the process.

“When you hire me you get all the info in the book, but I’m going to help you apply it and hold you accountable,” says Liese. “That’s what people are really interested in.”

Liese says what sets her apart from other time management experts is her holistic approach.

“If you don’t know what you value, you can’t sustain any time management system,” says Liese. “It’s the difference between snorkeling and scuba diving. We need to stop skimming the surface. We’re attempting to create significant change in your life. Let’s go deeper.”
