Willard, UT Many of us have built a wall around a heart to protect us from the emotions associated with our experiences and challenges. Eventually the time comes when life improves and we no longer need this wall to protect our heart, and yet it remains, preventing us from truly enjoying life.

Janet Eastman is an energy healing practitioner specializing in the Emotion Code and the Body Code.

According to Janet, the Emotion Code is based on the premise that when we have emotions we don’t process completely they become trapped in our bodies. These trapped emotions affect our ability to develop good relationships, but it can cross over into the physical plane and cause illness as well. The Emotion Code specifically concentrates on releasing those trapped emotions.

“These trapped emotions must be released so we can feel love and joy again,” says Janet.

Through intention and intuition, Janet is guided to identify the trapped emotion or set of trapped emotions and release them.

“I make a connection with their subconscious,” explains Janet. “The subconscious knows all truth. Through intuition I’m guided to identify that emotion and through focused intention, we draw out that energy and release it."

Though she’s been an educator for more than 30 years, Janet says she’s always believed if she hadn't gone into education, she would have gone into nursing. Her passion and focus has always been to promote good health for herself, her family and her students.

“It’s rewarding to see people’s lives improved out of a desire to make a difference. I don’t see myself being happy not trying to make a difference for good.”
