Iliana Delgado is a holistic coach and the founder of Mature With Grace, an holistic coaching practice where she partners with individuals to help them achieve lifestyle and spiritual changes that enrich their lives. Iliana espouses a holistic philosophy that addresses the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of who you are within the many contexts of your life.

“Mature With Grace isn’t just my practice, it’s a community,” says Iliana. “I want people to join in the conversation. We all grow older, we all mature. The idea is to mature with grace, mindful of who we really are in the world, how we handle our emotions, how healthy we are, how we express our spiritual selves as we relate to the whole of existence with openness and joy.

Iliana works primarily with women who are entering a new chapter in their lives and have a longing for things to be different. They are looking for transformation in how they see themselves, and in how the world sees them.  They have a deep interest in growing spiritually.

“I’m selling transformation, which translates as a new way to look at yourself and look at the world,” says Iliana. “The woman of today who is fifty and beyond is in a position that women have not been in before.
