Bridgewater, NJ – The decision to leap into something new and different can be both terrifying and thrilling. Taking chances always comes with feelings of apprehension, but we must remember that it can also offer significant rewards. We must take chances to create new opportunities for happiness and fulfillment.

Gretchen Toolan is a life and career coach and the founder of Empowerment Paths. Gretchen works with individuals who are searching for more in their life journey. It’s her mission is to serve as a guide on your journey toward making positive, self-empowering choices.

“I believe that everyone is an expert on themselves,” says Gretchen. “My role as your coach is to help take you from where you are to where you want to be.”

Gretchen says that path often requires us to find the courage to take new risks. Gretchen works with her clients to examine the concept of risk and explore how the rewards for taking chances can far outweigh the costs. She offers support as her clients identify their true desires and develops a plan to help them reach their goals, all the while serving as a cheerleader and accountability partner to ensure her clients do what they say they will do.

“I have always felt most fulfilled when I was teaching, instructing and mentoring and helping someone reach their goals,” says Gretchen.

Gretchen says she’s walked the same path as many of her clients. She was a career woman and married with four children, but soon found that her career and her responsibilities as a mother were in conflict. So she hired a coach, and in the process of being coached, discovered that coaching was what she’d always wanted to do. Today she helps her clients walk the same pathway to their life goal.
