Norristown, PA – When we experience a lack of wellness, energy medicine can complement the good things we’re doing for ourselves and our health.

MaryAnn Tellinghusen is an energy wellness educator specializing in Eden Energy Medicine, a comprehensive program developed by the renowned Donna Eden that utilizes techniques from multiple healing traditions to promote wellness. MaryAnn works directly with her clients’ energy systems to help them reclaim their health and restore their natural vitality.

“My goal is to teach people to learn how their body works from an energetic point of view.” says MaryAnn. “It’s a different perspective of looking at health which I think is very valuable.”

According to MaryAnn, Eden Energy Medicine helps build resilience and grounds people by engaging the subtle energies of the body. Like learning a new language, it’s a lot if you study the whole thing but there are easy ways to teach people to access all these systems.

“I’m all for teaching people to empower themselves,” says MaryAnn. “Even when engaging conventional medicine, they can use energy medicine as part of their healing process.”

By working with MaryAnn, you can use these energy techniques to return yourself to a calm state of being.

“My hope is to spread the word about energy medicine,” says MaryAnn. “I want to open up more people to the idea that we have an energy body.”
