Scottsdale, AZ – We all have the same 24 hours in a day. Some of us reach our goals, others don’t; the difference is building intention. An expert can only give you a plan. A coach can serve as a second pair of eyes to help you define your priorities and values so your goals adhere to those values.

Christine Eley is an exercise physiologist, certified wellness coach, health educator and nutritionist, and the founder of The Fare Maven, a wellness and nutrition coaching practice. For over 20 years, Eley has helped people realize their wellness vision by creating their very own health and wellness goals.

“I like to think of myself as the person who is going to help you achieve your best self,” says Eley. “My hope is that my passion and expertise in nutrition and health ignites your own passion for healthful living.”

Eley’s experience ranges from conducting one-on-one coaching in areas of nutrition, physical activity and stress/resiliency to coaching group weight management classes and Pre-Diabetes/Diabetes education series. After two years working at the Mayo Clinic, the Fare Maven was born.

Eley’s clients’ goals range from weight management to just sleeping better. She focuses not on “quick” fixes, but rather on overcoming challenges to help you master your health and well-being and improve your performance.

“I’m not a personal trainer. That’s not what I’m here to do. I’m here to help you get all the obstacles out of your way,” says Eley. “Ultimately, I want my clients to be empowered to reach their goals on their own. They’re driving the process.”
