St. Paul, MN – Every athlete, no matter how good they are, still has a coach. We all have things we can work on and we need that outside perspective to let us know what we’re doing, what we’re not doing and what might be getting in our way that we can’t see. They bring it to your attention so we can do something about it.

As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach Sarah Iverson works with her clients to achieve their personal life goals by helping them help themselves. With extensive experience working with clients in areas such as job changes, career enhancement, cultural change, team enhancement, and personal development, Sarah motivates her clients by challenging them to think outside the box.

“Coaching is all about asking the right questions to help the client think outside of their normal way of thinking and create new possibilities," says Sarah. "My favorite thing about coaching is to ask a question and hear dead silence. That means I hit the spot."

Sarah’s her clients are typically small business owners, executives and individuals who want to take themselves to another level but are not sure how. Sarah says the process for building the life you want to live begins with identifying your core values. Are your core values present in your work and in your relationships? If not, there’s going to be a disconnect.

“Our core values are like our fingerprints – we leave them everywhere – but most people don’t know what their core values are,” says Sarah. “One of my core values is to make a positive impact on the world. My success is when my clients are successful and it’s been such a joy to witness their growth.”
