Asbury Park, NJ – Everyone experiences the pleasures of joy and the pains of physical or mental sorrow at one point or another. With over 28 years experience, Penelope Gnesin has devoted her career to healing and helping people live the life that they truly want.

Suffering from endometriosis, Penelope was able to heal herself using the art of Reiki. She went on to become the first Reiki Master in the state of New Jersey. Since the mid 1980s, Penelope has sought to help people overcome a wide variety of health obstacles and enrich their daily lives.

The modalities and techniques that Penelope has studied and incorporates into her work include Energy Medicine/Psychology, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Acupressure and she has recently earned certification in Dream Builder Transformational Life Coaching. Penelope has even developed her own Chakra Release Therapy and Migraine Release Technique.

Penelope is able to help people struggling with health, pain, trauma, relationships, and career to name a few. Penelope’s zest for life, her hunger for knowledge and ability to learn the latest methods of care are all true signs of her devotion to her craft.
