Aqua Dulce, CA – Among the many challenges facing us in the next decade is how we’re going to create enough jobs, especially for young people. All teens and young adults deserve the opportunity to live the life of their dreams regardless of their circumstances. So this generation is being encouraged to pursue entrepreneurship. After all, you’re never too young to start a business.

Julia Neiman is a youth entrepreneur empowerment coach and founder of the Monetize Your Passion Academy, where she trains coaches, life skills professionals and teachers how to teach youths to start their own businesses. The academy offers a blueprint for empowering young people to take responsibility for their own economic wellbeing by leveraging their passions to create their dream life.

“Many of these kids don’t even know how to dream,” says Julia. “I’ve always been a dreamer and I recognize the power and potential of dreams. I’m trying to encourage these kids to embrace their aspirations and take action to make their dreams come true. Can you imagine what a better life this would be if people were really doing what they loved?”

“We need to teach kids wealth creation,” says Julia. “You are not getting rich working for someone else. Having your own business is the only way to create wealth. When you work for yourself and you take responsibility for your own life, there are no limits.”
