Aliquippa, PA – With all the exercise programs available, it’s impossible to know which ones are the most effective and will be the most effective for you.

Michelle Barbuto is a registered nurse and the founder of FitWith6, a fitness coaching and wellness practice specializing in the T-Tapp exercise system. First developed by exercise physiologist Teresa Tapp, T-Tapp offers a physical therapy approach to fitness based on high-intensity, muscle activation and interval training.

“T-Tapp is all about strengthening your core,” says Michelle. “If you have a strong core everything falls into place. What Teresa has developed, you’re working more than seven muscles at any one time, so it’s effective in a short amount of time.”

T-Tapp is the reverse of all other exercises. With other exercises, as you get stronger, you add more weights and you add more reps. With T-Tapp, the stronger and more flexible you get, the more you get out of it in less time.

While T-Tapp isn’t for weight loss -- you’re going to gain muscle density -- you will see inch loss (Even after six kids, Michelle is down to a size 8 strictly through T-Tapp). It’s non-impact so it’s not stressful to the joints. T-Tapp also offers many different workouts from which to pick and choose so it can be effective for everyone from top athletes to people who have never exercised before.

“The nurse in me is why I’m so excited about what exercise and T-Tapp can do for people,” says Michelle. “I especially love what T-Tapp can do for men and women because of all the rehabilitative aspects.”
