Miami Beach, FL – Imagine what your life would be like if it was everything you wanted it to be: a life without all the internal chatter that interferes with your self-fulfillment.

Life coaching is all about discovery, choice and transformation. Marcia Potash is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). Through a series of one-on-one telephone sessions, Marcia will work with you to explore what you really want from life, the hurdles holding you back, and how you can have a more a rewarding relationship, a more satisfying career and a healthier lifestyle.

“Life coaching looks at each individual as though they are a whole person. They are resourceful and have all the answers inside them. It’s the coach’s job to bring that out,” says Marcia. “So my main focus is to get them in touch with their authentic self. Who are they really? What do they really want? What resonates? What’s dissonant? When you know who you are and you are who you are, you’re living your own truth, and that’s empowering.”

Indeed, many of us find ourselves consumed by the “shoulds” in life, but according to Marcia, those “shoulds” have nothing to do with who you really are. It’s the voice of your parents or people who hurt you or a past experience. Whatever those voices are, that’s what stops you from moving forward and finding the happiness you deserve.

“It’s not for me to decide someone else’s life. I simply help to guide my clients in an open and nonjudgmental way toward a solution that works best for them,” says Marcia. “With life coaching you have someone who is championing you. I’m proud that I have made a difference in people’s lives because it comes from deep within me.”
