Boulder, CO – How many times have you heard someone say, “I didn’t have a choice?” There’s a prevailing mindset that life is something that happens to us – that we don’t have choices. What if you were willing to ask lots of questions – and choose differently – is it possible that more options would be available to you? Life coach Julie Oreson Perkins emphatically answers, “YES!”

Julie is a life coach specializing in energetic transformation and mind, body and spirit wellness. In both individual and group sessions, Julie teaches her clients to recognize, acknowledge and cultivate their intuition, empowering them to navigate the world with more ease.

“What else is possible here?” asks Julie. “I’m inviting you to ask that question of yourself without expecting an answer, trusting that your intuition will kick in when the moment is right.”

Where other modalities focus on your history to determine why things happened, life coaching takes you from where you are now and propels you forward. Julie facilitates clients through “stuck places” by connecting them more fully to their inner-knowing with the use of questions.

“Have you ever been asked a question that caused you to pause and say, ‘Wow, that’s a really good question’?” asks Julie. “We experience that discomfort because we’re not used to thinking there are possibilities beyond what we choose for ourselves every day. If we can stay present – reframe that apprehension to curiosity – and start asking questions – we are on the path to perceiving the true potentiality of what is really happening.”
