Los Angeles, CA – There’s an idea in this country that you don’t worry about your health until you’re actually sick. But why wait to get sick to do anything about your health? There’s no need to wait. The patients that came before us didn’t have the knowledge we have today, so there’s no excuse for not being proactive about our health.”

Dr. Nikki is the founder of Aloha Naturopathic Healthcare, where she specializes in helping patients reach their long-term wellness goals by exploring all aspects of their health: mind, body and spirit. As a naturopath, Dr. Nikki focuses on removing the underlying cause of her patients’ health issues.

“There’s a lot to be said for prevention but there’s not enough focus on it,” says Dr. Nikki. “Most people aren’t willing to invest in their health. I motivate my patients to take action. Let’s explore the least-invasive therapies first and educate and empower and inspire.”

Prior to becoming a naturopath, Dr. Nikki spent 13 years as a fertility specialist. Many consider IVF “miracle work,” but the results Dr. Nikki has achieved for her patients as a naturopath have been every bit as miraculous.

“Naturopathic medicine really represented who I was and my desire to help people on a much deeper level than surgery and drugs,” says Dr. Nikki. “I believe there’s a place for all medicine, but we can’t say the traditional model is right for every single person. Every person has their own needs, they heal differently. There’s so much more to consider when developing a treatment plan.”
