Houston, TX – Problems always seem impossible at first. We often don’t know where or how to even begin to solve them. In order to succeed, sometimes we need someone else to help point out the obvious and hold us accountable. Rather than approach our problems in a vague way, we can attack the problem with a clear strategy.

Jill Spruill is certified life coach, emotional intelligence coach and the founder of Into Flight Life Coaching. Jill empowers her clients and assists them in resolving their issues through the power of positive thinking.

“It’s in the field of helping others, something that I love to do,” says Jill.

With extensive experience in counseling psychology, Jill spent nearly two decades working with children with autism before establishing her coaching practice.

“With my educational and professional background it was a good fit,” says Jill. “Helping people is just part of my personality. You have to be cut from a certain cloth to do this and be good at it. Not everyone has a high level of emotional intelligence, that ability to relate to people on a higher emotional level.”

Jill says most of her clients are working on relationship issues or dealing with job stress or job transition. She and her clients collaborate to establish goals and Jill will monitor their progress and hold them accountable.

“I don’t psychoanalyze, I don’t diagnose them. That’s not what a life coach does and in many cases it’s not what they need,” says Jill. “I can advise them, I can help them bounce ideas, but I’m not fixing their problem. They’re fixing their problem.

“I’m proud when I’m able to really help someone succeed and find balance in their lives,” says Jill. “If I can help them get there, that’s all that matters to me.”
