Madison, WI – We are each of us an original painting, but as our lives progress new layers are painted over our canvas obscuring its original intent. With healing, however, we can peel off these layers to reconnect with who we really are.

Thirty years ago, Vida Groman, a healer, educator, counselor, coach and communications consultant, embarked on a life-long journey of healing and discovery to find answers to the fundamental question: what is the meaning of life?

“What I love about the question is I can ask it as many times as I want and it guides me,” says Groman. “I know I’m here for a reason because I’m an expression of something greater and the asking of the question leads me back to remembering."

This path would reveal Groman’s true purpose: to assist others in connecting with the essence of who they are and discover their own true purpose. Groman offers workshops, classes and counseling and coaching to encourage her clients to engage in new ways of thinking.

“I show up in every moment, present and open to what’s happening and respond as authentically as I can,” says Groman. “That’s how I work with people. I help people tap into the truth of who they are so they can live life their way.”

As an educator, it’s Groman’s intention “to bring out from within that which is already there.” The skills she teaches allow her clients to reconnect with who they really are and give them the courage to live that way.

“When a client comes in with pain and disconnection, I can honestly say I understand. I’ve been there,” says Groman. “We all come with wounds and energy from our childhood that affects our way of thinking, our emotions and our bodies. It’s too easy to give in to all the stress, the pressures and the confusion of our lives. Every moment is a choice.”
