Close-Up Talk Radio Spotlights Life Coach Penny Alalouf

No matter what station of life we’re in, we all have the potential to lose sight of the person we always dreamed of becoming. The stress and fear that can surface with relationships, careers, and all that life brings forth can simply be too much for any person to handle at one time. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed and trapped. With over five years experience, Certified Life Coach Penny Alalouf brings her own personal experiences and a unique approach to assisting people in finding themselves and regaining control of their lives.

Penny’s own journey began after her four children were in school. She realized that while she loved being a mom, along the way she had lost confidence in herself, and her own identity as a woman. Feelings of restlessness, resentment and guilt started to weave into her daily life. It was through the help of a coach that Penny finally found the courage to admit that being a mom was not enough. Her journey has led her to into the world with a mission to integrate her love of horses with her calling to help others.

Penny went on to receive certification in coaching at the renowned Coaches Training Institute. What people may find so special to Penny’s approach is that she is also certified in Equine Facilitated Experiential Learning. Through hands-on activities, coach and horse partner together to provide an extraordinary experiential learning experience.
