Coralville, IA – According to a recent report, the global shaving products market is expected to reach $33 billion by 2015. It’s easy to see why. Razors now include anywhere from three to five blade cartridges to provide a closer, smooth shave, but they have not increased the number of shaves per blade. As a result, the average person now spends $300 a year on the cost of shaving.

“I had a professor who once said, ‘There are two problems that if you ever solve them you’ll become a billionaire,’” recalls mechanical engineer Ronald Christiansen, “‘an engine that will give you 100 miles per gallon and a razor that will give you 100 shaves per blade.’"

Today, Christensen is the inventor of Revolt Shaving Products, a revolutionary new series of products designed to extend the life of your razor blades.

According to Christensen, we’ve been programmed by razor blade companies to shave with lots shaving cream and water. The combination of water and air causes blades to rust and corrode, dramatically reducing blade life and the number of smooth shaves per blade. Revolt’s patented razor lubricating liquid protects blades for a more comfortable, smooth shave guaranteed for up to 100 shaves.

“The U.S. patent office said this was the most disruptive technology they’ve encountered in the shaving industry,” says Christensen. “This should be how people shave until we learn to stop growing hair.”

When combined with Revolt’s shaving solution, the products can even cure razor burn within two weeks and keep it away. What’s more, the two products and razor cost only $40 a year.

“Once someone uses it they want to buy it for someone else as a gift,” says Christensen. “It’s the nicest thing you can do for each other.”
