Birmingham, AL – A business succeeds from the inside-out, but many businesses simply don't have the time to perform certain tasks. Often businesses are missing a link in their operation, someone to provide a particular service you wouldn’t necessarily hire an employee to do, but still needs to get done.

Crystal Clear Office Solutions is an outsource service provider dedicated to assisting businesses with their everyday office needs. Led by its owner Crystal Caldwell, Crystal Clear Office Solutions collaborates with small businesses, start-ups and individuals, offering the flexibility and expertise to deliver exactly what clients need when they need it.

“My clients are busy trying to operate and grow their business,” says Caldwell. “I work on their behalf, which allows them to concentrate on the aspects of their business that are truly important.”

Crystal Clear Office Solutions services include everything from transcription and translation to data entry, writing/editing and administrative support. Caldwell herself is first and foremost a graphic designer.

Caldwell founded the company in 2010. Her previous experience had been providing administrative support to non-profit organizations.

“I consider myself to be multi-talented but I wasn’t able to use all my skills in my previous position,” recalls Caldwell. “I thought if I could just combine everything I do into a business I could market myself that way."

According to Caldwell, collaborating with her clients is a process requiring constant communication. It’s about identifying their needs to determine what they expect.

“Clients appreciate my work because I give them that personalized service,” says Caldwell. “Whether that’s administrative support or graphics or documents, I treat their business like it’s my business.”
