Groton, CT – In modern society, the pressure of life can wreak havoc on a person’s psyche. Thankfully, there are people like Arlene Dumais of Psychotherapy Services Etc. to help those in need with identifying the issues and assisting in the recovery.

With an extensive educational and professional background, Arlene Dumais APRN, has been serving her community proudly by helping all of those with mental issues and substance abuse problems. On the educational side, Arlene received her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Hartford and earned her Master’s in Psychiatric Nursing from St. Joseph’s College in Hartford.

As a clinical nurse specialist, Arlene gained over 25 years experience working in the field at different psychiatric hospitals, rehabilitation clinics, critical care, intensive care, and emergency rooms of local hospitals.
