Newberry, FL – What was true then is true now and will be true tomorrow: the source of life is found in our blood. If we can purify our blood and balance our blood chemistry, not only can we reach our optimal health, we can improve every year.

Claire Power Murphy is the founder and director of the Self Rejuvenation Center, dedicated to helping clients balance their blood chemistry to reach their highest potential. Based on the principles of the 8 Laws of Health -- balanced nutrition, exercise, water, sunshine, temperance, air, rest and trust in God – the Self Rejuvenation Center can point its patients in the right direction, both physically and spiritually.

“I’ve learned a great deal through my struggles,” says Murphy. “That is why I’m coming forward and sharing my story. I want to help other people.”

A schoolteacher for 34 years, Murphy resolved to improve her health and the health of her children through an aggressive alternative nutritional program. Today, Murphy is author of the critically acclaimed Restoration Trilogy, which includes the award-winning Preserved to Serve, Towards the 144,000 and her most recent practical guide, The 8 Laws of Health with Recipes.

“This is the answer to our health care crisis and our education crisis,” says Murphy. “I’m so tired of this debate: there are answers.  A voice must be heard.”

According to Murphy, this commitment to balanced nutrition can yield spiritual benefits as well.

“If you seek the Lord with all your heart he promises you’ll find him, but if you ignore what’s true, you can’t elevate,” explains Murphy. “If you’re clogged up, you can’t discern the truth. Our sanctification and our physical health are intertwined.”
