Wilmington, DE – As the country moves toward a more collaborative economy, companies large and small are outsourcing back office operations to reduce costs while improving efficiency.

OnPoint Partners is an emerging provider of outsourced payroll, administration and strategic planning services. Lead by Gary Fredericks, OnPoint Partners is dedicated to helping their clients focus on what is truly important to their business.

“We’re the solution to everything that keeps our clients up at night,” says Fredericks. “We give them more time to spend on the reason they got into business in the first place. They should be working on their business, not in their business.”

According to Fredericks, there are three key areas where small businesses suffer: bookkeeping, human resource law and long-term strategic planning, understanding where their company is going to be in five years.

“I’ve been a small business owner – it’s a daunting task – so it’s essential to have an integrated team on your side,” says Fredericks. “We like to build the infrastructure so that when opportunities do come along, our clients are prepared for them.”

Following a successful career on Wall Street, Fredericks dedicated his career to developing charter schools. Through this work, he was able to identify a niche he could serve, assisting schools with their accounting, bookkeeping and payroll and counseling the schools how to spend wisely. OnPoint Partners continues to service clients in education.

“I like that we get to have a positive effect in the lives of kids,” says Fredericks. “That’s why I left Wall Street. I’d spent 18 years making rich people richer. I wanted to do something that would have a legacy. And we’re doing that with OnPoint Partners.”
